Things worth knowing

01You do not need to have decided anything. Most people write before they know what size they want.
02We never take possession of ashes. The capsule arrives empty and you fill it yourself.
03If the photographs will not give a good likeness, we say so before you pay.
04There is no rush from us, and nothing we send will ever chase you.
