What we promise
Made the way we make everything
Pet memorials are sculpted from photographs, printed on the same machines and finished by the same hands as every other piece we make. They are not a lesser range. They are the same range, for a different face.
From the photographs you have
Animals rarely sit for a portrait. A handful of snapshots — the face from the front and the side — is what we usually work from, and it is enough.
Their likeness, not a breed
We sculpt the ear that folded, the patch over one eye, the way they held their head. Tell us what to look for and we will look for it.
Approved before it is printed
You see up to three design previews (the first preview plus up to 2 revisions). Nothing is made until you have said it is them.
Up to 7 days from approval
Printed and finished in our own workshop, then sent insured and tracked, boxed with the care card, and the capsule instructions if you chose the chamber.
The chamber
Somewhere for a small part of them
Most sizes can be ordered with an optional discreet chamber in the base. It holds a removable capsule with a screw cap on an O-ring seal, sized for a keepsake portion of ashes.
The capsule arrives empty and you fill and seal it at home, in your own time, with the printed instructions that travel in the box. We never take possession of anyone’s ashes, and the capsule can be opened again — nothing about it is permanent.
If you would rather have the likeness alone, order without. It is the same sculpture, made the same way.

The same process as every sculpture we make. Nothing is printed until you have seen it and said it is them.

Three to six from different angles is ideal. One clear photograph is workable.

Within 24 hours we tell you honestly what we can see, before taking any money.

You approve the preview
A render of the sculpture, with revisions included, before anything is printed.

We print and deliver
Up to 7 days from approval, with the chamber empty for you to fill at home if you chose one.
